Not much to go on, can anyone recognise the type.

Cameraman says it occurred in 1991, a "4-5 seater Bell" doors off, cause of crash was "something came out of the helicopter and hit the tail".

JR door flapping in the wind in the last few seconds?

Definitely a JR. Confirmed by door, pop out and step @ 23 secs.

IIRC "the drill" was to pop open the door as soon as anything developed which suggested a hard landing was imminent, this allowed the exit to remain in use afterwards and therefore didn`t buckle and prevent escape...
