Is this real or photoshopped?

Not sure if it is photoshopped but I was on the 40s, on the 332L, in early 90s when a sudden rise in windspeed was forecast and we had to head for Aberdeen. The rise was so sudden that one of the front blades was caught in a rising gust off the edge off the helideck and assumed the vertical where it remained for some time before it could be lassooed and brought down - the head was changed before we could fly it again.

The curved blade in the pic is a little harder to explain.

The real thing

Unfortunately it`s the real thing. 100+ mph winds snapped the blades, even after being strapped down. So...no photoshop...just the plain old lousy weather having it`s toll on daily operations in the NS.
