Weather limits for small helos

Need some quick technical guidance on this: what sort of wind conditions would prevent operation of types such as Ecureuil B4, Dauphin EC155, and Colibri for commercial pax operations?
Thanks Steve

Surprisingly high for most helicopters. Depends on the wind for starting and stopping the rotors as much as anything. 40 kts or thereabouts for rotor start applies to many articulated rotor heads. But then you can always shelter the aircraft behind a building or fuel bowser, for example, to get it out of the main wind.
