Initial report on NS Super Puma G-REDL - the link is on the AAIB site, but it gave a 'file not found' error when I tried it at 0605: here. (I'll keep an eye on it and adjust if there's a problem.)

Pilot of piston Enstrom gets a yaw problem just after lift-off and so lands heavily - no defect in TR controls found: here.
