For your CRM you could look no further than JM AirCrew Training.

CRM course?

Hello all new pilots,

I am currently going through my CPL and will be needing to do a CRM course in the near future (within the next month).

I thought that if a few of us could get together maybe we could share the cost of an instructor to take the course? (UK)

Good luck with all your studies.

Cheers
Dithers

Dithers
Good Idea let me know

Why do you "need to do" a course? If you join an operator it's their responsibility to ensure you have done one.

Im simply trying to enhance my CV, in this market every little bit helps.

Anyone else interested?

Hi Dithers, I would hate to dampen your enthusiasm and would not say that would you going to achieve is pointless, cos all training is good! But.........

Where CRM really matters in the 2 crew environment you would almost certainly need to complete an Operators CRM package during your initial training. This is because part of the package includes the Company SOPs, Checklist philosophies etc which need to be given during the Operator's Conversion course in any event and the CRM vehicle just makes this convienient.

I could not really see your CV being considered above another because you have a CRM course completed.

Just an opinion which I hope will help you.

They do helicopter MCC also

CRM Aviation at White Waltham would be one idea for MCC. It's fixed wing, but transferable, I believe.
