Ec155 Abz
Is there a 155 operating out of ABZ just now or is it just some other fenestroned machine ?
NST |
Think its the HeliHolland machine.:ok:
PH-EQU, indeed 155.
it arrived on Tuesday teatime.....silver one!!! It came on a weird route....instead of doing Anglia and then 55north and up to ABZ...it hit the rebros sector and in that way.....Copenhagen worked it first.....nice to see one in ABZ having worked them with BHL on the Anglia sector for so long....they are doing training flights for a few days out of ABZ and just going offshore for a while!!!! Classy machine....and good to see north of 55N!!!
Training? I heard they were in ABZ for a few days supporting a ship that was nearer this coast than the Dutch coast? Did it go home Thursday or is it due back there today?
He's off home to Den Helder today via the A6A platform in the Danish sector.. nice to see something different in Aberdeen.. Like the Belgian Dauphin or the Nigerian Tiger that arrived today. (Bristows)
Whose 76 did I spy at around 18:30 ?
Bristows new S76C++ for Conocophilips in Norwich as due paint job in ABZ first then on contract
Conoco + Norwich ? is that a new contract then ??? thought they flew out of the grass strip at yarmouth with CHC
Bristows don't operate out of North Denes anymore. CHC only. Believe Bristows may have taken over the CP contract from CHC in Southern North Sea using the S76C+.
ConPhillips fed up with poor service at North Denes hence the switch to Bristow.
haven't seen any threads on here if thats the case , is conoco moving entirely to norwich then ?
Thought it looked like it could do with a lick of paint !!:p Who is going to be running the Conocophillips Northern North Sea Ops ?
NST |
Heard a rumour from mate in Bond that Conocophilips is going to them in Northern North Sea
is that switch imminent or some way further down the line
Isn't there a lot of history between Conoco and Bond, which would make sense them taking over again from CHC.

Isn't that the former machine of the royal family of Monaco?
Sorry to drag up an old thread but stumbled across it. I believe it was once a Royal flying machine.
