Try this one:
http://www.tribune.com.ng/16102007/news/news13.html That's fairly high. They would have been looking out for: 6,000-12,000 miles - Global positioning satellites 3,000-6,000 miles - Science satellites 600-1,200 miles - Spysats 300-600 miles - Weather satellites, photography satellites 250-50,000 miles - Early-warning satellites, Molniya communication satellites 200-250 miles - International Space Station 115-400 miles - Space Shuttles 100-300 miles - Navigation satellites, hamsats Di :ok: |
11000 miles.....WOW....Im surprised both engines didn't stop.
The fuel economy must be close to 100 miles to the hectare on those Snake Island choppers if they manage to get to that altitude. :} |
Wow, with only 3 hrs endurance they must have done over 3,000 mph vertical climb. I gotta get me one of those.
|
 Do you think they would still be able to be seen from good ole earth!
Vfr:suspect: |
