Flying in Tanzania

I have a possibility of doing some flying in Tanzania next year. Specifically the western region near Lake Tanganyika. Just wondering if anyone here has worked in country and would share their experiences.
Cheers :}

The AIDs hotspot of Africa.
Keep your parts in your trousers.

Worked there for a year and loved it.

West TZ

Kigoma is decrepit but in an outstanding setting, hot, dusty and with stunning sunsets over Lake T. It has very regular electricity cuts or should I say irregular supply? Noisy town with mosques, bars and diesel generators blasting away all day and night. Life is somewhat primitive but cheap! Outside of Kigoma there is bush and more bush!

True, lots of HIV and other nasties as well. If you have money, you won't lack friends!

There is also a downside to living there!

Enjoy!

:hmm:
