B/Cal. used to drop in for fuel occasionally. The late Bob Rusk, another premature and tragic loss, is on his way to ground run the BHL. S61.

If you look closely, you will see RI is covered in cement dust. It was on the helideck when the cement/mud pipe burst. It took two days to get it cleaned and back on line.

Bellboy or anyone else who might know.

How many 212s do Bristows still operate? Which are they and where?

bellboy 10th Sep 2007 08:58

Bristow 212s

As Far as I am aware there are three 212s still in Civy registration G-BFER and G-BALZ in Mauritania with G-BIXV in Kazakhstan.

Tail-take-off 11th Sep 2007 11:27

Thanks bellboy. What about the overseas registered ones? Have they all been disposed of?

Here is an unusual one of G-BFER taken in Svalbard in 2004 apparently
