Lucky most definately. Just wondering what kind of pilot flies in the middle of the oggin in a single unfloated helo. Maybe the kind who wears all the gear but has no idea.

Must be Greenpeace, because when it goes into the oggin, they don't want the evidence that a polluting helicopter has spilt its oils and fuels into the environment!

I don't believe any Greenpeace aircraft have floats! ;)

It's interesting that there's nothing for N480KP on the NTSB website or the Irish AAIU site.

Shouldn't there be? What if it happened in International waters?

The guy on the deck must have kacked himself let alone the pilot!

I checked the Irish AAIU site since several of the narratives accompanying that video at various places around the Internet state that the accident occurred "off the coast of Ireland".

Check the New Zealand site, I beleive they use N numbers also.

New Zealand is "ZK-" and three letters.
