HI,ladies and gents...i am just finishing off my ppl h...research a lot about futher studies and flying, above menshioned school look promising, due to cpl and IR combined tubrine training in fh100....any advice regadrs to this will be greatly appriciated...thanks luxstar

There's is absolutely no use in doing all your training in a turbine ad. $340 you need 150 hours for a CPL you probably have 50 hours now so you can save $10,000 on hours, there are plenty of schools offering training around $240 if you look carefully there are even cheaper ones.

An employer doesn't care whether you have a 100 turbine or 150 piston, you will not get hired anyway.

I can't make up much out of your last post. However the FH1100 is a nice machine, but I'm afraid it's a bit to late for the FH1100 to get popular, that should have happenend 30 years ago.

One last thing don't worry about where you get the hours in, worry more how you're going to get them.

As for training in Alaska as I saw in another thread, there are no helicopter schools in Alaska. Apart from the fact there's a very short season.

More like a 4-and-a-half seat if you look at the inside :E

As far as I'm aware, the school only started teaching a few weeks ago, but it is a factory school so the equipment should be as well maintained as you can get, and the instructors should be top-notch. The prices look quite good as well - I think the derated turbine has reduced the running expenses quite a bit.
