A number of members have suggested it from time to time, and I agree it makes sense. RATW was always intended to include views from helicopters as well as pictures of helicopters in action.

Keep posting pictures.

We've built the biggest and best helicopter gallery in the world - on or off the internet - and the thread has had almost 2 million hits!
I've no idea how many pictures there are. Far more than the post count suggests because many posts contain several pictures.

Scenic shots from helicopters can be just as interesting as action shots of helicopters at work. With so many members operating in so many parts of the world, it's good to see where people fly.
Subject can make up for lack of picture quality. It's not a photographic competition so if you've got an interesting subject post the picture even if the picture quality isn't great.
Some members post good action shots they find on the internet. That's fine provided the pics don't have names, copyright etc on the picture. (Not allowed in this forum.) Feel free to credit the photographer (if known) in the text of your post. Don't post links to pics on airliners.net because they regularly change direct links to remove the picture and replace it with an advert.
