I wonder if.....
...the bloke or blokess who designed the EC135 ever had to fit the dual controls...I bet he/she didn't but I'd like to make them..every day for a week:mad:
|
I believe the correct technique is to stand patiently beside your colleague who's doing the fit, and after about five minutes suggest that he should stop f***ing about and get the duals fitted 'cos you're getting cold...
|
Droopy,
Thats just cruel! Fun though, especially when the collective lever gets slung across the ramp and your friend spits his dummy out!!!:E |
Much like the debacle of fitting the accelerometer for a track and balance!!!
Nice job!??!! |
Don't get me started on fitting the dual controls in an Explorer!

Cyclic,
Why not leave the collective in? Half the fuss then. Or why not fly with the duals in all the time and stick the bobbies in the back. FNW |
They were definitely designed by someone with ladies' hands instead of sausages for fingers!
|
Hi Floater, I've left them in for over a week now because I'm trying to encourage the re-growth of skin on my knuckles. We've dumped the Bobbies in the back too but only because the front monitor started to cough out smoke and fumes!
Someone told me about the 120, you need to be a six inch, three fingered alien with suckers on the end to so I've heard:{ |
Welcome to the club Cyclic!!
