HELP PLEASE Rule 5 concern private site close to congested area

We are planning a little trip that involves picking up a person from a private site near a congested area.
We have permission to land at the private site and I believe other helicopters have landed there in the past.
My concern is the proximity of a congested area, with all this talk recently about Rule 5 etc. infringements and prosecutions I have to admit I am a little worried and would value anyones opinions of the case in hand.

The private site is located to the North West of Shrewsbury Shropshire. Its postcode is SY1 2PF and you can get a picture of it through Multimap.

My understanding is that it depends what the "open" area around the site is used for,if it is common land that the public have access to you would probably need a 5.1.c .For G.A Bob Commander at the caa is prob the best person (very helpful)to speek to.Will cost you £95 if you do need the 5.1.c!!!!!!!

How would you plan your approach and departure if there was strong wind? Consider all wind directions.

Personally, if I asked to use that particular site I would apply for the 5.1.c exemption as I would consider it a congested area, especially as it so close to the public showground.

Consider how you would control the public if they decided to approach the aircraft en masse from the adjacent site after you have landed and are in the process of shutting down. Or starting up? Difficult.

Can you not find permission for somewhere a little further away with more options - say a farmer's grass field?

I don't think the 5.1.c we all know and love is around anymore.Having applied for one last week we got a 5.2.c back.
