100nm X country requirement for PPL( H)
Can someone explain why a QSP(A) (Qualified service pilot fixed wing) is exempt the 100nm x-country solo requirement? when a 20,000 hr ATPL & FE PPL/CRE IRR is not!

Without wishing to start an argument....
but if you look at the changes since JAR FCL has come in, they very much favour QSPs, by comparison with the rules pre- JAR FCL. The reason may become clearer if you look at those in a position to make these decisions on behalf of the CAA and their background. It is a fact of life in the UK that you have to come to terms with. |
