Scheduled v Non-scheduled maintenance

Have been asked to provide a guesstimate of % cost for non-sched costs/ work against the expected calendar / hrs maintenance requirements for a 76c+ approx 30-hrs /yr UK/EU
Would appreciate any % figures from similar type operators to help provide ball park figure

We ran an S76B, doing around 250 hours a year, and the hangar cost around $1 mill per annum. Very labour intensive.
