My favorite Robbie pilot has flown West
I never got to fly with him, but my brother did years ago.
Dr Jack Leonard, who last I heard lived in Findon, has slipped the surly bonds of earth.
I went to school with his two sons. A fine man.
He took my brother flying in his Robinson (back in the 80's, I think it was an R22) around Sussex.
My brother still talks about it.
I am guessing that a few of you will have known him, given how people form networks around common interests. Not sure when he last flew, as I've not seen him in years.
