FAA ATP Written test and checkride outside United States

I'm sure this has been covered before but I'm just checking in case there has been any change.
Is it possible to conduct the FAA written test and checkride for a ATP Rotorcraft Certificate outside the United States anymore?

Yeah I know, the OP is in the UK....if he doesn't wish to go to the US to do it, unlikely he'll go to those other places.
