Regarding above photos ...... Anyone wanting further reading go to this helicopter pilot history blog ....... partway down the page is the link for the Pete Peterson (free) PDF book ..... some pretty good reading and helicopter history 1950's and on ..... northern Canada etc .... apparently Pete is in California and about 96 years old.
