Looks to be a 2001 Clipper I based on the N number.

Video of the recovery shows main rotor blades still attached.

If you want to fly low, very low, you have to learn some tricks, eg :fly above the river bank or the hedges....

Never fly in the middle of the river or between 2 hedges....Always be sure,that some malicious guys hide the electrics pilars on the river bank or inside the trees of the hedges

Well, those power poles are blatantly obvious, nothing maliciously hidden in trees on the riverbank there.
