Canadian flying in USA Visa?
Hi guys!
I am a Canadian citizen and I have my FAA CPL(H). I worked here in the USA for a foreign entity and was able to get my FAA licenses.
Now looking for work as a Canadian citizen in the USA is proving to be a little more difficult as first anticipated. I searched for info here but I didnt find any..
I have heard that I would need a H1B Visa or an E1 Visa. I believe the E1 is an investors visa for someone looking to start a company. I'm not looking to do that.
If anyone has any information on what a Canadian Citizen would need for a visa to be hired as a CFI or tour pilot, etc... I would be very grateful!
I also have a UK passport so if a visa for that passport is any easier or more beneficial, I'm all ears!
Thank you in advance guys!!
Cheers

Last time I looked, Canadians can work for up to a year with minimum formality, but that was some time ago. It's often a lot easier to ask an immigration lawyer.
