Any idea/indication who operates an Eurocpter AS 350B1-3 in Saudi Arabia?

ROTORSPOT - Complete Civil Rotorcraft Register of Saudi Arabia

Surprisingly small fleet ( is this accurate ?) but no AS350 , do many aircraft operate there under foreign reg ?.

I believe Aramco ships are all on N reg.

Yes they are! and a Part 91 operation as well ~ VFR
