Thanks, Flying Lawyer

Seems like the CAA are suffering from a bout of common sense and pragmatism.

Long may it continue.

Am I correct in saying that the CAA have a new head man?

Big Ls.

seems perfectly reasonable to me, but werent the original restrictions brought in after the Airborne trust had an accident in a B206 in scotland in which a child died back in about 1997. or has my memory failed me completely.

so what has changed that now means these restrictions arent needed?

regards

CF
