Under the Caption Competition bylaws "This caption has gone on too long with insufficient clever captions with no winner announced" I hereby close the current caption and start another.

Grounded

The use of twin counter-rotating tail rotors gave the machine excellent directional stability in the taxi, unfortunately the high power demand of the system made flight impossible.

Military Contracting
