I guess it has something to do with the 4,000 tons of gold in there. I think it has some value.

no floats

No floats. But lots of survival gear in the cabin. 4-6man liferaft, life vests, clothing, secondary GPS, handheld radio, EPIRB, flares, food, water, flash lights. Flight following when possible and friends expecting phone calls after each leg. Bit of pucker factor during the longer over water stretches, but reasonable precautions were taken.

From the Central Switzerland

Hi,
I would like to show you my working place, but I'm so familiar with this forum;
how should I do to put some pictures on this page?

It would be a shame to see all that equipment going under before your swimming eyes.

Your equipment is as good as the time that a helicopter stays above the surface.

Vistas

I guess that's $4.79 per US gallon? I don't quite know why but runway 32 Glenwood Springs just looks so inviting. I almost want to fly a plank down it, and that's really something coming from a tired old Rotorhead!

Coming into Sydney Harbour on Tuesday, we had plenty of helicopters overhead Queen Mary 2 & Queen Elizabeth. This one was particularly impressive

Just an idea of what was going on: no helicopters in this photo

Big Mike, nice to see you're looking after the BK

Nice pictures, John. I have never seen a Sunday morning sunrise. There is no way you will ever get me airborne at that time on a Sunday.
