No, it must have been Delia Smith or Nigella Lawson in the video, or Anthony Warrell Thompson if he had a moustache. I don't think Nick Lappos does cookery

Anyhow, i'd have thought that in the northern hemisphere winter sports -skiing -- snow -- would be all the go at the moment, not like us southerners where the hot hot conditions seems akin to a blow torch on heatshrink.
