Yeah... you tend to bounce when yer young though as you age yer go splat.

My thoughts are the relative fitness levels have a lot to do with it. Fit and well muscled is more resilient then wasted muscles and pudgy..

While we is with Ducati. Been looking, and listening, to them YouTube videos of the new V4 Ducatis...2x
I think I might just have a new love interest in 2018

Had to ditch the flares when they tangled in the chain John ... but I think you also need to fess up to the two (TWO?) chicks in the Elan and the lemon (LEMON?) shirt on the line. Happy days.

One bike is never enough. I have a 2001 Fireblade, a 2016 Triumph Bonnevile Scrambler and last week bought a 2010 Aprila RSV4 1000R. The Aprila is a beserker. On the road it is difficult to get it out of 2nd gear without breaking the speed limit massively.

Speaking of Ducatis. I like them air cooled. Here is my 900SS-CR, 1994 model, that I restored this winter. Being a carby, it also runs quite happily on left over 100LL.
