Licenses requirements

Does a foreigner pilot need to hold his original physic lisence? could him use a copy of the original?

In the US, ANY pilot exercising his privileges must have the original licenses/certificates on his person. Only a copy provided by the FAA or original issuer is an acceptable substitute.
