Part 135 HAA foreign ops
 
I'm looking for guidance to the specific regulations allowing Part 135 HAA operators to use NVG's in foreign countries. Reading through the ITAR regs and 22CFR is a p.i.t.a. and confusing as :mad: If anyone has an example of the application used to do so, that would be much appreciated. Thanx.
