Noise Certification, Annex 16
 

Does anyone know where I can find details, including specific figures, relating to noise certificates?

Specifically I want to know what the requirements are for Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 noise compliance, or somewhere on the internet I can find those details.

Yes, I know one applies to light piston aircraft and the other to heavier turbines, but someone is trying to charge us extra because we are not Chapter 3 compliant, despite the fact that as a light piston twin Chapter 3 does not apply, and despite the fact that they have never charged us that much before. I want to talk to them with complete details at my fingertips. However I cannot find the full text of Annex 16 online.
