FAA Conversion Question...
Hello all. I am a 25 year old pilot for a large regional airline in the USA. I am also a US citizen, flying on the Embraer 145. I have seen a lot on the topic, but am very confused as to the actual steps for the process.
First my background: -FAA Commercial Certificate with Instrument and Multi -EMB145 SIC type rating (not that it means much!) -Around 1200 hours total time -Over 500 hours multi -660 hours PIC -141 hours actual/sim instrument -Over 700 hours cross-country What are the actual steps needed to be able to fly in the UK/Germany/other European countries? I love Europe and owuld love to be able to fly for an airline like BA or Lufthansa, etc...! Thanks very much for the help! |
I think the main thing ERJpilot needs is either a visa or a European passport. Without that, it's just about impossible to emigrate to Europe to work.
