Validation on type ratings?
 

Hello All!

I am looking for a reference regarding validations. As far as I understand the validation issue correctly, a non-UK license holder can fly commercially for a limited time until he has met all requirements for the CAA licence, including transport category aircraft. Is it possible to get a validation on a non-UK/JAR type rating if you hold a CAA/JAR licence?
