Looking for a book about the 747 classic

Just converted onto the 747 Classic from the 737.

When I started to fly the 737 I bought the Cockpit Companion - that helped me stay out of trouble. Is there a similar book for the 747? Have heard about a book called 747 Airplane Review - however I´m unable to find it on the internet. Can anybody give me a helping hand?

Cheers!!

Try "Handling the big jets" by D P Davies.

Try True North Pubs.com (954) 788-0328. [email protected]. They publish a 747 200/300 review. It was made for Polar though most procedures/ limitations are the same or close to my company's procedures. Also a systems, sim, profile flight training section etc. It is commonly know as the Blakely book. Bought one a couple years ago for about $35.

'Widebody' by Clive Irving... The making of the 747.
An account of the design and development of the 747. Very good read from an interest point of view, not much good for a tech refresher though.
