hello i have a question, i'm Zed3's son I don't exactly know where I can ask my question so correct me if i'm wrong.

I have to do a report for school regarding flight simulators.
I have been surfing the web and can only find links to sites that don't exist any more and sites about the flight sim games....

All I need to know is how they are made and developed I hope someone can help me....:confused:

As I understand it Link invented the first flight simulator. A quick Google on "Link + simulator" revealed http://www.link.com/history.html

I haven't read the info yet but at a glance it seems to provide some of the information you're seeking.

You could also try www.alteontraining.com and have a snoop.

As far as I can see Link is mainly providing simulators for military types.

One of the leading simulator providers for civil aircraft types is CAE http://www.cae.com/www2004/About_CAE/sim.shtml
