Antonov AN-2 Question Please help?
 

Dear Sirs/Madams


I was wondering if any of you who are more informed about CAA regulatoions to help me out on this Issue,

Does the CAA allow the AN-2 aircraft be used for air operations between the various Islands of the British Coast.

does the CAA allow the AN-2 aircraft to fly over the sea (low altitude)?

I would be ever so greatfull if anyone can inform me of such information.

It is most unlikely that an AN2 would get a British Public Transport C of A. It is my understanding that this would be a requirement for such an operation. However, for a specific task or event, a dispensation may be granted. Only way to find out is to ask!
