EI 732 simulator

Why does EI retain a 732 simulator? Is this an asset that has some realisable value or does it earn its keep from other airlines? It's no good for 734/735 is it? [EI has no 732s].

What other sims does EI have?

The 732 simulator is probably the busiest and most profitable of all EI's simulators. FR constantly use it! It has paid for itself many times over and at this stage just generates profit.

EI also have a BAC 1-11sim , a 737 - 3/4/5 sim and an A320 sim.

Nice to see MOL forking over money to WW :D

Is the 1-11 simulator busy these days? No operational ones in Europe these days I thought?

I don't think there is since British World and European both laid theirs up. A lot of African carriers would come to Dublin for sim training, but even those are dwindling these days. It's also used for MCC training (as is the 732.)
