I am off to the Balpa Conference on job opportunities in a weeks time and I would like to know if having airline experience helps one to get more attention from the participating airline recruiters? I would imagine most of the delegates are low houred folks looking for their first opening, but do many people with command airline experience attend? Has anyone actually got a job through this medium?
