SR111 Accident Investigation

Just recently, the TSB in Canada has issued a draft report of its findings in the SR111 accident investigation. Copies were distributed to "interested parties," but not the public. I know that there has been at least one news report published in a Swiss print media quoting from this initial draft. Has anyone seen or have a link to additional information concerning the report?

It's a draft report and is awaiting comment from concerned parties. Once complete the final report will be made public in early 2003.
