Flight control functionality without Hydraulic Power in 737

Hi,

I was wondering if the 737 primary flight controls could be remarkably moved in cold and dark state with no hydraulic power?

I found out that there is the manual reversing feature in flight to provide manual control over aileron and elevator when all hydraulic power is lost. The muscle force needed to move the controls is reduced by servo tabs on the wings then.

So my question now is if the pilot is still able to move the aileron and elevator controls decently when no aerodynamic force is helping?

Or will the aileron be to heavy to move it when not in flight and with no hydraulic power left in the system?

Thanks..so I suppose and aileron surface does not weigh that much? I actually thought it is much heavier than 100kg.

Being a cable machine the flight controls are mass balanced. .

Semantics, I know, but it is Manual Reversion and not Manual Reversing.

As in reverts to manual control from hydraulic assistance.

Practiced in the simulator for qualified pilots and on air tests after some maintenance has been performed. I have done it in a 737-200 and it is hard physical work!
