I am currently in school (year 12) and also working towards my PPL License. As part of my baccalaureate course in school I need to ask a few Commercial Pilots some questions. If anyone could give me a response to the questions below, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What qualities and skills are most looked for in Pilots?
Are all job applicants interviewed?
What times and days are Pilot’s expected to work for?
Are part time employees accepted?
