A320 Crew Wanted UK/Spain

Can someone give any more detail on the ad which has just appeared on the Flight International website looking for A320 crew to be based in UK/Spain?

I believe this was for an ACMI provided called Gowair, based out of Spain. No sign of any activity in the UK though...
