Need to develop as a Pilot

Hi folks
I am an airline A320 first officer who was recently hired. Does anyone recommend me any course, certificate, license to get to develop my skills and knowledge? My interests are all in aviation’s aspects such as airports, airplanes, aviation management and etc. I am also willing to develop in other subjects as well.
kindly looking for your advices as I don’t want to burn my quarantine’s time worthless.

...who was recently hired...
The best thing you can do if you're a recent hire is to learn everything you can about the company procedures and your aircraft. Too many people want to go off and learn about everything in aviation but then never pick up the book(s) they'll use on a daily basis.

I have a lot of time for people who are new to the aircraft. I have no time for a pilot who spends their time learning to say that we're overflying cirrus fibratus duplicatus with stratocumulus perlucidus underneath, but who then can't identify a compressor stall.

You'll find most other airline Captains are the same. So do yourself a favour and learn all you can from your company manuals.

As above. Read anything and everything about the A320. You'll still be learning new things about it in 3 years time.

Read “The Chimp Paradox” by prof Steve Peters.
Think about it for a while.
Observe your behaviour as well as that of your colleagues, friends and family.
Read it again.
Learn to identify when your chimp is hijacking your behaviour.
Recognise when it is wise to refuse some of the offers that your chimp makes to your human.
Remember that you choose your behaviour.
”What is right” is more important than “Who is right”.

If you apply some of the insights, I believe that you will develop both as a pilot and as a person.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.
