Hi, could any kind soul knows what is this pin and what are they for on a 737-800?? Thx

Frangible hydraulic fitting, such that in the event of retracting a spinning wheel with shredded/flailing tyre sections, the fitting would break, releasing the retracting line hydraulic pressure to ensure all gears fall back down again. This then prevents spinning tyre debris going into the wheel well, where there are many vulnerable hydraulic lines & other components.:ok:
