No flags?
Guys - forgive the naive question, but what does "no flags" mean on the approach? What would constitute a flag?

This is where it comes from but would also include any amber indications on a PFD/ND or other system which might affect the continuation of the approach. |
Never heard of such a callout, must be from the distant past.
