Professional pilots, what airports do you consider are pleasant to be based at and which others can you not wait to get away from?

I like small airports; smaller the better. It normally means you get to know the staff, can park outside the terminal and only have a short distance to walk to your stand. Departing is easy because you are the traffic. When you get back and your bag only takes moments to materialise and you can be on your happy way in minutes. Apart from the drive home and the sociopaths running their never ending farce called Security, MME has been my best base to date.
