VS Uniform

Whilst passing through LHR earlier today I noticed a VS First Officer who, despite the rest of the uniform looking normal, was sporting a set of three gold stripes on her sleeves.

Have uniform stores run out of silverery-red or is this hybrid apparel for a DL exchange pilot perhaps?
