Any EAT A300 guys out there?

I heard that EAT is sending some A300's to fly for Cathay Pacific?

Need some help with the following info, much appreciated.

1. What do the A300 EAT crews make per hour flying that contract?

2. What is the per diem?

3. And how long do they fly over there for?
