Logging Taxi Time
Hello, all!
Yes, yes: I'm sure that this question has been posted a dozen times before, but I'm darned if I can find it. The question is: military rules for logbooks: log airborne time (wheels-wheels). Civvy rules: log all time (chock - chock), including taxi time. When transferring logbooks from mil to civ, I believe that military pilots are allowed to retrospectively add time what they've already logged. Can anyone confirm or deny this? How much? Where is the information to be found? I have tried the CAA's website, but can't find the right bit. Cheers! CC |
Yes, you can, but I am not sure what factor is desired by the CAA - ie 5 mins before and 5 mins after, or 10% of total time. A man who will know is BEagle on the military board.
