Lnav/Vnav approach| minima setting, B738

Cleared for approach, do you set the MDA in the MCP or do you set the restrictive side sector minimum altitudes (light grey in side view) up until the FAF then set the MDA?

As we do fly according to EU OPS we set the DA and arm the approach mode.
