Which country had 1300 hours as a FTL

Dear moderator
Please don't put this in with the rests of the FTL posts.
Can anyone tell me which country had this as there flight time limitation. The ruling by the EU would suggest that some country had this as a limitation.

not sure but the Danish FTL's were very strange to a Brit.

They seem to be able to start at 5am work until 9 o'clock at night then do the same again for 5 days in a row. Been keeping the Scottish mail to the islands going for years on those FTL's. No way a Brittish operator could do it with one crew.

How do we know there is any truth about 1300 hour per year, how come this so secretive.

What about ICAO regulations?
